Yes, I like fishing. And my family and friends are interested in fishing as well. Sharing a fishing experience helps strengthen our relationships.
I believe one of the reason is that fishing can help people relieve stress. Spending a day afield casting for trout on a fresh mountain stream or bobber fishing for bluegills on a pond helps to release us from our highly stressful, everyday environment.
My family and I like eating fish. We eat fish about three or four times a week. Fish is a high-protein, low-fat food that provides a range of health benefits.
Fish are found nearly everywhere there is water with enough food, oxygen and cover, for example, ponds, river and lake. However, for people who live the big city, fish market or aquarium is also a good place to see fish.
