Site 1 (S1) is located in the outskirt on the northwest of the town. The location is just off the main road from Garlsdon to Hindon, the distance being 12 km, which makes the site easily accessible for shoppers from both cities. And since it is far from the town centre, parking would not be a problem. The site is also close to the railway from Cransdon , which is 25 km away to the southeast of Garlsdon, to Hindon, so a large number of shoppers from both cities are believed to choose to be there for shopping conveniently by train.

Unlike Site 1, Site 2, or S2, is located right in the town centre of Garlsdon, which is surrounded by a vast area of residence, making it a good choice for local dwellers. The town centre, however, is a no-traffic zone, so the issue of parking would become an inevitable obstacle for those who might otherwise choose to shop here.

In summary, both sites have their own advantages as well as drawbacks. It is not being quite a possibility for shoppers to walk all the way back home with loads of items. Site 1, where it is easier for parking, might be a more appropriate choice.
